Online dashboards: from KPIs to individual visits.

Overviews, comparisons and details of the assessments are available in the members’ area. Examples reconstructed from portal views, using anonymous and illustrative data.

Demonstration examples · data created from scratch

These views mirror the portal’s structure: filters, aggregated metrics, comparisons, detailed questions and individual visits. The sample, weights, scores, time periods and comments have been invented from scratch; they neither reproduce nor alter values from the project documents.

The examples illustrate how to use the site; access to the actual dashboards is available in the project’s restricted area.

01 · Overview and comparisons

From the overall average
to a comparison between branches.

The portal provides an overview and comparisons by category, location and assessment area. The overall assessment may include a question regarding the likelihood of recommending the service.

02 · Indicators and calculation bases

The summary opens
with the individual questions.

The views by section combine charts with tables showing the average result, the number of surveys and the locations covered. There are also options to export and send data, subject to the project’s permissions.

03 · Data from an individual survey

From the list of visits
to the corresponding record.

The visit form collects responses, section scores, ‘not applicable’ entries and the assessor’s notes. It provides a detailed record of a single assessment; the analysis report, on the other hand, interprets the results as a whole.

Setting · fictional example

The point of entry is clearly identifiable; however, two signs placed at the same level do not make it clear which route to follow.

Reception and service · fictitious example

The staff rephrase the requirement and outline a possible solution. Before concluding, it is not specified how to obtain confirmation of the next step.

Not applicable. In the extract, a check not included in the scenario is indicated as N/A rather than as a negative result. The exclusion rules depend on the questionnaire.

Reconstructed extract: notes and scores are entirely fictitious. This is not the original report and contains no references to real people or shops.

Dashboards, fact sheets and reports: three complementary levels.

The dashboards organise the viewing of KPIs. The reports document individual visits. The analysis report links results, findings and priorities for improvement. Access rights and available features are defined for the project.

The figures on this page are from a standalone demonstration sample and should not be compared with those in the report extracts.
